Charles Hamilton at GIGAOM created a nice round-up of remote offerings for the iPad. He breaks them down into 2 groups – Proprietary Offerings and RDP/VNC clients. Now that the iPad2 has been released with extraordinary sales numbers coming in, look for even more offerings in the near future.

Right now, “The Daily” is getting all the publicity and buzz after launching the widely-anticipated and closely-watched online news magazine for the iPad. So far, the reviews have been mixed, and it remains to be seen how many folks will actually purchase a subscription after the two-week free trial expires.

I really really really enjoy my iPad. For me, one of the device highlights is the bright and crisp display. While I wasn’t concerned about scratching – Guerilla Glass is awesome – I decided to get a screen protector to try and reduce the glare and fingerprint smudging.
