To “make the name of Jesus Christ known and loved” through the use of technology and social media.
CatholicTechTalk.com is a group blog of Catholic technology enthusiasts. It is managed and edited by Joe Luedtke, who in his day job works at Liturgical Publications (LPi), an organization that provides print publications, communication solutions, and online donation services to Catholic Churches. At LPi, Joe serves as the organization’s technology evangelist responsible for the organization’s digital strategy and it’s Internet products and services. The site is edited and updated by Clare Zajicek, a Catholic who works as a Marketing Content Specialist.
CatholicTechTalk.com was founded by Craig Berry, a convert to the Catholic Faith. After spending 10+ years working in Information Technology as a network administrator, he began building websites for Catholic organizations in 2008.
CatholicTechTalk.com is an online community for Catholics passionate about technology and social media. This includes; Priests, laity, bloggers, writers, technologists, website developers, graphic designers, and anyone else who wishes to use technology more effectively in their ministry and personal life.
The Web is the dominant form of communication in our age, and technology continues to evolve at a blinding pace. Catholics need to unite, share knowledge, and put technology to use in communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
