If you’ve got a blog, and you find it difficult finding time tweeting out posts, try http://www.twitterfeed.com.
After you register (for free), grab your blogs RSS feed* and submit it to Twitterfeed. You can adjust how often it pulls from your feed – down to every 30 minutes – and posts to your Twitter account.
You can also tweak the tweet by adding a prefix or suffix (e.g. #cathblog) and you can also select from a number of shortening services. You can even filter which posts actually get tweeted by using keywords.
* For extra options with your feed, you should route your RSS through Feedburner.
